Growing up in country Victoria, Australia gave Neil Anthony the will, vision and direction of his music.  Neil’s music career started at a young age and by the time he was seventeen he was playing a number of instruments and writing his own music.

Having been nominated for an ARIA and winning a Golden Guitar award in 1992 for the production on the album Yorta Yorta Man, with indigenous artist Jimmy Little, Neil is recognized and driven by the music he produces and performs across Australia and in the USA. Last year he performed at Nashville with 12 songs that are about to be released on his debut self-titled album.

During the 1980s he performed in hard rock bands throughout Australia, but by the end of the 80s Neil’s musical tastes and direction had matured and he expanded into the jazz and country areas of music. His main influence during this time came from a diverse range of musicians and bands such as Kiss, Garth Brooks, The Eagles, Van Halen, Deep Purple and many more. He has now evolved a style of his own, gathering success and confident inspiration from the industry.

The release of the album is expected by early 2006 and will be launched in the USA whilst currently performing in Australia and America. In August and September 2006 Neil will be touring Texas and the USA where he recently won the Best of Texas award for Alternative Rock Male Vocal of the Year.
